Membership Terms

Registration
  • All participants must complete a membership registration
  • Parent/guardian consent required for participants under 18
  • Accurate information must be provided during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Payment and Billing
  • Monthly memberships are billed automatically on the same day each month
  • All payments are processed securely through Square
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of membership privileges
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Cancellation Policy
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time
  • 30 days written notice is required for cancellation
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to
  • No refunds for partial months

Facility Rules and Conduct

Expected Behavior
  • Respectful conduct toward coaches, staff, and other members at all times
  • Follow all safety rules and coach instructions
  • Appropriate athletic attire required
  • No profanity, bullying, or inappropriate behavior
  • Parents/guardians must supervise minors at all times when not in class
Violations

Violation of facility rules may result in warning, suspension, or termination of membership without refund.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Wrestling is a physical contact sport that involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the risks associated with wrestling activities
  • You assume all risks of injury or harm
  • Redemption Wrestling Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during participation
  • You have adequate health insurance coverage
  • You are in good health and physically capable of participation

Medical Information

  • You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
  • You authorize emergency medical treatment if needed
  • You are responsible for all medical expenses incurred

Photo and Video Release

By participating, you grant Redemption Wrestling Academy permission to use photographs and videos taken during classes and events for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless you opt-out in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Redemption Wrestling Academy and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any illegal purpose
